Software Engineering Lead
- Defined and owned the end-to-end architecture of 3 core backend platforms, setting long-term engineering standards across teams.
- Designed reactive, high-throughput systems (Vert.x, gRPC) processing millions of daily financial transactions under strict latency and reliability requirements.
- Led a cross-team migration to Java 21 and Quarkus 3 with native compilation — cutting resource overhead, startup times, and operational cost.
- Led engineering squads and established org-wide observability (OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Pyroscope) and resilience patterns (Resilience4j), achieving 99.99% availability.

- Owned core payment services end-to-end, driving reliability, performance, and resilience improvements.
- Built and operated event-driven microservices; strengthened CI/CD pipelines and production resilience.

Cloud-Native SOF Platform
A high-efficiency payment engine built on Quarkus 3 and Java 21, utilizing reactive SQL clients and RabbitMQ for ultra-fast, non-blocking execution. Native compilation drastically reduces resource overhead and startup times.
Reactive Banking Gateway
A high-throughput financial hub using Vert.x 4 and Kafka, designed to handle the scale of Vietnam's largest fintech super-app. Connects MoMo to major bank partners via RESTful and MQTT with circuit-breaker patterns.
Continuous Profiling System
Integrated Pyroscope and OpenTelemetry across microservices to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in real-time. Provides full-stack visibility with Prometheus, Grafana, and Zipkin.
